4. Check-In/Check-Out: The renter agrees to check in and check out at the times specified in the rental agreement. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or charges.
5. Property Use: The renter agrees to use the property only for its intended purpose and in a responsible and respectful manner. The renter agrees not to use the property for any illegal or unlawful activities.
6. Occupancy Limits: The renter agrees to abide by the occupancy limits specified in the rental agreement. The renter may not exceed the maximum number of occupants specified in the rental agreement without prior approval from the property owner.
7. Pets and Smoking: The renter agrees to abide by any restrictions or limitations on pets or smoking specified in the rental agreement. If pets or smoking are not allowed on the property, the renter may be subject to additional fees or charges.
8. Damage and Liability: The renter agrees to be responsible for any damage to the property caused by the renter or any of their guests. The renter also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner from any liability arising from the renter's use of the property.
9. Insurance: The renter is encouraged to obtain their own insurance to cover any damages or liability arising from their use of the property.
10. Termination: The property owner may terminate the rental agreement at any time if the renter fails to abide by these terms and conditions or the rental agreement.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
